        Hello Rikkilynn,

        Thank you for being patient while I asked the expert, here is the response:

        These are all similar fabrics, however the important part is that they have stretch. You can pick any kind of stretch fabric depending on the fit you want- for example: compression fabric will fit tighter than a standard jersey fabric.

      Where are the sewing instructions? The link the says download the pattern and instructions only has the pattern.
