I would look at a Juki. I love my TL98E, this is a straight stitch only machine.

Hi Lilly. I would suggest the Singer Heavy Duty sewing machine. It can sew heavy fabrics with ease and is easy to use. It does do a zig zag stitch (which would enable you to sew a button hole), but nothing fancy like embroidery.

Hope this helps!

Nothing fancy, no embroidery…just straight sewing…. Fabrics like denim. Any suggestions??????
