To help keep the rest of the shirt out of the way, I use a toilet paper roll. I cover them with anything and slit the roll lengthwise. Then roll shirt and put it on the roll where the slit is. I would like to make a Coco Chenal type suit or dress. Do you have any suggestions for a pattern? Answer for 1/4 inch and SCANT 1/4, I believe the SCANT is just what the name implies, move the needle a couple of stiches. Is that the answer?
