Bernina L8 90: Half Square Triangle

National Sewing Circle Editors
Duration:   1  mins

Watch Pam Mahshie use the Bernina L8 90 combination coverstitch and overlock machine to easily and quickly create half square triangles using the serger straight stitch. No rotary cutter needed!

Pam uses the serger straight stitch to stitch the diagonal seams, and with the cutting blade engaged for the second seam, it cuts the half square triangles apart perfectly.

Pam then uses the L8 90 to construct a zippered pouch with the half square triangles on the front. With the Bernina L8 90 coverstitch and overlock machine, the project comes together perfectly in no time.
