What do you advise for Vintage Sewing?
I am finishing up a duffel bag with several layers, and I am having difficulty with my machine getting though the layers. I am already using a walking foot, but it is still really a struggle to sew through all the layers. I wonder if it is a matter of technique, or if I should consider a heavy duty machine. Do you have any suggestions?
I have a very old and basic Kenmore sewing machine that I don’t think will accommodate a walking foot. What could I do to see thicker materials/layers successfully
